We originally met Gus purely by coincidence as he was hosting an open house for a property that we had found on Realtor.ca. He struck us as a thorough professional as there was no detail of that property that he wasn't aware of. This aspect was confirmed shortly thereafter as he kept in touch with us and offered to show us properties going forward. We had been thinking about a move from the GTA to a more rural environment for some time, but hadn't really firmed up where this might be. As Mr. Burneau began to help us with our home search we literally had him driving across much of Southern Ontario to view multiple properties. In each case Gus was fully versed with the details on each before we got there, and was able to answer any additional questions quickly thereafter, and thus research and analysis is very much his strong suit. So too is patience. In spite of having to drive to many, many different properties he always made himself available to us, and always did so with a smile and a genuine willingness to help us with our search. After finding the home that was just right for us, we believe that Gus took as much joy in this fact as we did – and it was nice to share this together. Then began the process of selling our existing home, and once again Mr. Burneau rose to the occasion. He worked with us to quickly prepare the home for sale – occurring in less than 5 days. The net result was the sale of our existing home in less than 2 days. Moving is always a stressful point in one's life. Thankfully we have found our forever home and will not have to go through this process again. My husband and I met Gus at a Open House he had listed. We liked the house we had so many questions and Gus was really informative, you can tell he does his homework. He knew every detail and goes out of his way to find out anything else you need answered if you have any concerns.
